Project leaders submit their file on the ALFRESCO platform set up by the New Aquitaine region. At the same time, they submit a file to the Department of Gironde. This consists of:

• a letter requesting assistance addressed to the President of the Gironde Departmental Council, Mr Jean-Luc Gleyze
• by summary data sheet
• an INSEE file (notice of situation in the SIRENE directory: https://avis-situation-sirene.insee.fr/)
• of a Kbis
• from a bank account
• a provisional estimate of the project, specifying the expenses in Gironde
• and a financing plan for the project

This file should be sent together to the
Department of Culture and Citizenship : dgac-dc@gironde.fr
and Filming Reception Office : m.rateau@gironde-tourisme.com,
accompanied by additional documents.
Le committee of experts set up by the Region ensures the artistic expertise of the projects. The opinion given by this committee determines the possibility of intervention by the department.
