Full Circle Lab Nouvelle-Aquitaine Hessen, international training program, launches its call for applications for the 2024 edition
Full Circle Lab Nouvelle-Aquitaine Hessen is an international training program funded by ALCA Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Hessen Film & Medien, Gironde Tournages, the Department of Lot-et-Garonne, TAP Poitiers – Théâtre auditorium de Poitiers and the Poitiers Film Festival .
This training program aims to support and accompany the writing, development and post-production of ten feature films with a close link with the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region in France and the Hessen Region in Germany. Open to everyone, both emerging filmmakers and experienced filmmakers, projects coming from France or elsewhere, the Lab takes the form of workshops adapted to the participating projects.
Full Circle Lab Nouvelle Aquitaine is directed by Matthieu Darras and Myriam Sassine; they are responsible for the program and training. Philippe Barrière and Britta Krause are scenario consultants and main tutors of the lab. Alexis Hoffman is an industry consultant and Myriam Sassine is a production consultant.

Development Lab
During the seven months of the Lab, the author/producer duo of the six projects in development concentrate on the development of their scenarios as well as on aspects linked to production and market access.
They participate in two residential workshops, each lasting four days.
1st workshop at Maison Forte in Monbalen (47) from June 11 to 15, 2024
2nd workshop at Schloss Biebrich in Wiesbaden, Germany from September 22 to 26, 2024
First Cut Lab
The program also includes four feature films in the editing phase, supported by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region or the Hessen Region in their production. First Cut Lab is open to the director, producer and editor of the project. The exact dates of the workshop are chosen in agreement with the selected teams in order to best meet the needs of their films.
The workshop takes place online from April 29 to October 31, 2024.
