At Gironde Tournages, we support a respectful, ethical and inclusive audiovisual industry. In collaboration with Atelier Marcelle, we offer two essential training courses to prevent and act against sexist and sexual violence and harassment (SSA) at work. These training courses are aimed at professionals who wish to become agents of change.

Training 1: Become a harassment and discrimination contact

📅 Dates: Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 March 2025
(I.e. Location: Gironde Filming Premises

This two-day training will allow you to acquire the tools necessary to prevent, detect and intervene in situations of harassment and violence.

Training aims :

  • Recognize and legally define the different forms of harassment and violence at work.
  • Identify the mechanisms and understand the consequences of violence.
  • Know the legal procedures, sanctions and responsibilities of employers.
  • Prevent and detect situations of violence.
  • Learn how to collect the victims' words and react appropriately.

Training 2: Moral, sexist and sexual violence at work

A condensed one-day training course to raise awareness among participants of the issues of moral, sexist and sexual violence in the workplace.
