Gironde Tournages supports a respectful, ethical, and inclusive audiovisual industry. In collaboration with Atelier Marcelle, we offer essential training to prevent and address sexist and sexual violence and harassment (SSA) in the workplace. These training courses are aimed at professionals who wish to become agents of change.

This two-day training will allow you to acquire the tools necessary to prevent, detect and intervene in situations of harassment and violence.

Training aims :

  • Recognize and legally define the different forms of harassment and violence at work.
  • Identify the mechanisms and understand the consequences of violence.
  • Know the legal procedures, sanctions and responsibilities of employers.
  • Prevent and detect situations of violence.
  • Learn how to collect the victims' words and react appropriately.
