Synopsis: Laura, a young auctioneer, sees her life turned upside down the day Guillaume, a charming and respected gallery owner, rapes her after an evening spent together celebrating a major sale. That same night, Guillaume's wife is murdered in their home. The police immediately suspect the husband, who, to clear his name, confesses to raping Laura. Summoned by the judge, the young woman chooses to lie. She prefers him to receive 20 years for murder than 8 years for rape… But revenge is not reparation.
