Synopsis: An eleven-year-old girl, Charlotte Meyer, disappears in the Landes region during the storm of December 1999. Captain Pierre Castaing leads the investigation until his death. Twenty years later, another investigator, who turns out to be Pierre Castaing's daughter, is confronted with a similar disappearance. As the episodes unfold, the investigation will reveal elements linked to both cases.
